Provider Selection
The employer/insurer has the right to select the treating provider for the first 28 days following the beginning of medical care.

Provider Lists
Provider lists and directories may be utilized. There is no state-mandated posting, AIG Claims, Inc. generic posting may be used.

Managed Care Options
Employers may contract with others to provide care at less than the fee schedule would pay in aggregate to manage their health care costs.
